Concierge Care Q & A

My Health 360 Concierge Care offers old-fashioned direct patient-physician relationship with premium medical care at an affordable membership fee of $1,500 per person per year which entitles members up to three medical visits per year. Please speak to our staff for discounts for two or more members of the same family. House visits, if deemed medically necessary, are available for an additional cost. 

We are able to provide you the extra time and attention you deserve because we limit our patient volume to ensure adequate time and availability for each patient. At this time we are only accepting 150 patients to our Concierge Care program.

At this time, My Health 360 Concierge Care is only available if you are age 18+ and do not have Medicare. Please speak to us if you do have Medicare and would still like to enroll in the Concierge Care.

WHAT IS CONCIERGE CARE?

Concierge medicine (also known as retainer medicine) is a relationship between a patient and a primary care physician in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer. This may or may not be in addition to other charges. In exchange for the retainer, doctors agree to provide enhanced care, including principally a commitment to limit patient loads to ensure adequate time and availability for each patient.
